Woodside Slide (WS) Important Dates: Vendor set up will begin Tuesday, July 1, at 9:00AM. All vendors must complete set up by 6:00PM. Specific set-up times will be required by show management to facilitate entry, unloading and exit of vehicles. Tear down must be completed by 10:00AM, Sunday, July 6 (no move out until the end of the event competition).

2025 Woodside Slide Vendor Terms & Conditions
The Woodside Slide at The Horse Park at Woodside, Woodside, California.
Courtyard space minimum size is 100 square feet (10’x10’). Spaces are located outside the show office and space is limited. Event sponsors and returning vendors have priority. Limited access to electrical plugs is available. Vendors are responsible for bringing all setup equipment. Woodside Slide/Brumley Management Group, do not provide any setup equipment, services or rental items. Vendors are required to be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm each day of the event, July 2 through July 5, 2025. Make arrangements to have your booth staffed during these hours.
Outside space along the access road between Bay Arena and Polo Arena is. No electrical is provided. Water hook up is not available. Pricing for outside spaces will be based on the TOTAL FOOTPRINT the vendor uses, including (but not limited to) awnings, trailer tongue, trailers used for display and or storage, outside display areas. NO VENDOR MAY USE AN RV, CAMPER OR TRAILER FOR ACCOMODATIONS AND VENDOR SPACE! Offenders will be required to leave the facility. No refunds will be provided.
SECURITY: The Woodside Slide event does not provide any security for vendors and/or their goods. It is the vendor’s responsibility to secure their goods.
INSURANCE: Insurance is required in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate. The following must be named as additional insured on the policy: Woodside Slide, Brumley Management Group, Inc. and The Horse Park at Woodside. (See below for addresses)
PAYMENTS: A 50% deposit is required to be received by event management within five (5) days of receipt of an emailed invoice. Balance, or payment in full is required by June 15, 2025. If payment is not received in full on this date, vendor forfeits space and space will be sold to the vendors on the wait list. Vendor is responsible for all California state resale taxes.
DELIVERIES TO THE HORSE PARK: Vendor deliveries to the Horse Park at Woodside must include vendor business name, contact person’s first and last name and phone number where you can be reached on site. Neither Woodside Slide nor Brumley Management Group are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries. Vendors are required to pick up their deliveries. Event staff will not deliver packages. Under no circumstances will a vendor conduct business at WS without being an approved vendor. No vendors are allowed to set up inside barns or stalls at any time. Fines will occur and vendors will be escorted off the property!
