High Roller Reining Classic

LIABILITY

By participating in the High Roller Reining Classic, each owner, exhibitor, rider, trainer, agent, nominator, and any other participant agrees to comply with all applicable event rules, and the rules and regulations of the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA).

Participants acknowledge that equine activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks that may result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, death, or property damage. Such risks include, but are not limited to, the unpredictable behavior of horses, the actions or omissions of other participants, equipment failure, facility conditions, weather conditions, and other hazards associated with equine activities.

By voluntarily participating, each participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and accepts full responsibility for any injury, death, loss, or damage to persons, horses, equipment, vehicles, trailers, or other property arising from or related to participation in the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each participant releases, waives, and agrees to hold harmless Program Management, High Roller Reining Classic, Inc., The Crown Jewel Incentive, LLC, the South Point Arena and Event Center (event facility), sponsors, officials, employees, volunteers, contractors, judges, veterinarians, and their respective officers, directors, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Program or event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Nothing herein shall limit any liability protections afforded under applicable federal, state, or Nevada equine activity liability laws.
